Day 1
Saturday
Scouts met at the Elks Lodge at around 9:30. Then headed to Geronimo, getting there at around 12:10. With tents occupied, bedding laid out, and the leader’s gear transported to the Adirondacks, scouts sat around, played frisbee and football, and relaxed for the rest of the day. Selected Scouts prepared dinner for the troop.

Day 2
Sunday
Scouts woke up at 5:30 to prepare for a mock inspection. Patrol duties were initiated as breakfast was being made by the selected scouts. Rest of the day was relatively busy with a few resting hours throughout. Lunch and Dinner was made by the same people.

Day 3
Monday
Everyday from now on, scouts are required to be up and awake at 5:30, troop was expected to be ready for site inspection including the Camp Mess Hall breakfast and then Merit Badges. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from now on are provided in the Camp Mess Hall. The rest of the day consisted of merit badges and fooling around, and the Geronimo Campfire congregation lasted from 7:20 PM – 8:20 PM.

Day 4
Tuesday
Awoke at 5 and began the Tenderfoot Run at 5:30, finishing at around 6:15. Patrols completed duties and ensured tents were ready for inspection. Most scouts relaxed, played Gaga Ball, frisbee, football, slept in chairs and hammocks, and completed rank requirements.

Day 5
Wednesday
Not much had happened other than more scouts relaxing and going to merit badges!

Day 6
Thursday
Scouts awoke at around 5:30 AM to head over to the pool for the Polar Bear Swim. The line for the Polar Bear Swim was surprisingly long with nearly 100 people in line and around 9 troops. Scouts rushed back to camp to prepare for inspections and head off to breakfast. The rest of the day was more relaxing and merit badging.

Day 7
Friday
Up until after lunch was it a normal day of finishing up merit badges and relaxing, but excitement of the Camp Patrol Games, Scoutmaster Splash, and Ending campfire brewed! Fox Patrol finished first and the Moose Patrol finished second in the Camp Patrol Games, each scoutmaster was sure a sight to see, and the Ending campfire was such a glee. Big G Gold was awarded to Troop 607 for the 30th year in a row!

Day 8
Saturday
Scouts packed up and cleaned the camp, those who were aging out looked back one last time while those who still have a while left to go looked back in excitement for the next years of opportunity to come. Leaving camp around 7:30, and reaching the parking lot at around 8, scouts were awarded all their patches and achievements that they had obtained throughout the week.
